Dr. Sapkota serves as Chief Research and Development Officer and Vice-President (IT and New technology) of the Mt. Lucania Business Corporation. He oversees organizational strategies and sets direction for organization’s research and development policies, objectives, and initiatives. He also coordinates new research, innovations and technology development to add new business opportunities that align with organizational objectives.
Dr Sapkota has over 20 years of experience in food systems, environmental management and sustainable development. Dr. Sapkota holds a PhD in Agricultural Environment from Sant’ Anna School of Advanced Studies (Italy) and Aarhus University (Denmark).
