Mr. Bhattarai serves as the Vice-president and Chief Human Resources Officer at Mt. Lucania Business group. He has extensive experience in developing and implementing national public health standards, specializing in infectious disease prevention, epidemic control, including monitoring and evaluation of public health programs. He has over 10 years of experience in international PH strategic direction and management.
Mr. Bhattarai received his academic training from University of Waterloo (MSc), and State University of Bangladesh (MPH).
